You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter this agreement. One account per person, tied to your own phone number. Underage or impersonating accounts are removed.
Keep your account truthful — real photos, real age, your own identity. You own the content you post; you grant Charm a licence to host and display it inside the service so the app can work. Don't post content you don't have the right to share.
Rank reflects in-app behaviour and cannot be purchased. We may adjust rank, points, or seasonal standings to preserve integrity (e.g. abuse or manipulation).
Subscriptions (Charm Plus, Charm Ultimate) and consumables (Crushes, Spotlights, Opens) are billed by Apple through your App Store account. Subscriptions renew until cancelled in your App Store settings; Apple's refund policies apply. Consumables and periodic grants have no cash value and expire with your account.
We don't run criminal-background checks on members. Use good judgment when meeting anyone — Charm is not responsible for members' conduct, online or offline.
You can stop using Charm anytime (account deletion: support@charmapp.lol). We may suspend or terminate accounts that break these terms or harm the community.
Charm is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Charm LLC's liability arising out of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
